Advising on Sustainability 2022 OAA Design Excellence Awards

Veronica Madonna along side Karl van Es serve as advisors on sustainability in architectural design for the 2022 OAA Design Excellence Awards.

The biennial OAA Design Excellence Awards celebrates achievements of the industry and provide opportunities to showcase possibilities for the built environment, and promote broader public appreciation and understanding of architecture.

This year, Veronica acted as a Technical Advisor on Sustainability reflecting on the growing importance of environmental consideration in the built environment. The Advisors reviewed all submissions and carefully consider considerations of energy efficiency, carbon reduction and overall holistic considerations for sustainable design.
